Connecting to Mexico’s Plataforma Única de Identidad (PUI) is not the end of the project. Once the technical integration is live, the operational challenge begins: receiving requests, running searches, managing matches, responding, monitoring exceptions, and preserving evidence.
For financial institutions operating in Mexico, the real question becomes: what happens after you connect?
From integration project to ongoing operation
Once live, the connection must remain available and observable. Teams need visibility into requests, response times, errors, pending operations, and events that require follow-up.
If you are still evaluating the integration, start with PUI: how Mexican financial institutions can comply without building from scratch and how to integrate Mexico’s PUI into your financial system.
1. Receive requests and execute searches
Each request should trigger the appropriate searches while recording what was processed, when it happened, and the outcome. A useful operational model is: request → search → result → response → evidence.
2. Manage matches with traceability
When a match is identified, teams need to know when it occurred, which system responded, and how the process continued. Traceability gives Technology, Security, Compliance, and Audit a consistent view of the event.
3. Separate “no match” from “search not completed”
No result is not the same as an incomplete query. A communication failure, temporarily unavailable data source, or pending process should have a distinct status so teams can follow up correctly.
4. Design for errors and retries
Production integrations face exceptions. Infrastructure should detect failures, manage controlled retries, generate alerts, and recover pending operations so technical incidents do not disappear unnoticed.
5. Preserve operational evidence
Teams should be able to reconstruct when a request arrived, what was searched, the result, whether errors or retries occurred, whether human intervention was required, and when the process ended.
6. Monitor day-to-day performance
Tracking requests received, searches processed, matches, pending operations, errors, and retries turns PUI from an isolated integration into a manageable operational process.
7. Align Technology, Security and Compliance
Technology maintains availability and integration; Security protects data and access; Compliance follows the process; Audit may require evidence. Centralized visibility helps these teams work from consistent information.
Connect → Operate → Monitor → Prove
A mature PUI implementation goes beyond “we are connected.” The goal is to know what is happening in every operation and retain the evidence needed to demonstrate it.
DynamiCore: from connection to operation
DynamiCore’s modular, API-first architecture is designed to integrate and automate financial operations. With PUI, the goal is to move from technical connectivity to a more visible, traceable, and operationally ready process.
